SHOPPING INFORMATION
OUR WEBSITE ALLOWS YOU TO COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE ONLINE WITH OUR SECURE PAYMENT FACILITY. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR YOU WOULD LIKE ANY ADVICE, PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@MALTONKIELMAN.COM.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE ORDERED A CUSTOMISED ITEM LIKE BELT OR BRACELET, YOUR ORDER WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. HOWEVER, PLEASE ALLOW FOR 3-5 EXTRA DAYS FOR THE CUSTOMISATION PROCESS.
1. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
On receipt of your order we send you an email confirming details of your purchase.If the Goods you wish to order would happen to be sold out, we may offer you an alternative delivery date, normally between 1 to 2 weeks.
In case you can not accept this, we will credit You with the original purchase price of the Goods.
All Goods ordered must be paid for in full before dispatch.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices shown in our webshop includes VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices of our Goods without notice. Prices on our Goods are subject to change in line with market values, raw material values and currency fluctuations.
For added security, all payments made online to Malton & Kielman are hosted by DIBS Payment Services. DIBS Payment Services is the largest provider of Internet payment solutions in Northern Europe. Any refunds will also be processed using the same system. We accept payments with Diners Club, American Express, JCB, Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa and MasterCard. Alternatively, you can use PayPal or make a direct payment to us through Your bank.

3. SHIPPING
We offer free worldwide shipping of all our Goods.
Our parcels are shipped by global express courier services like DPD or UPS. Smaller leather goods may also be sent by registered mail service.

4. RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your purchase you must tell us in writing within 48 hours from receiving your Goods, stating your name, our order reference number and the date the order was placed. Further details of our policy regarding returns are set out in our terms and conditions.You must return your Goods latest 10 days after your purchase, and the goods must be in their original condition and securely wrapped.
You will be responsible for meeting the cost of carriage for registered delivery. After we have received the returned Goods, we will credit You for the purchase with the original purchase price of the Goods.
We do not refund sales tax and import duties for non EU countries.We do not accept general returns on bespoke items, but would you not be not satisfied with your bespoke order, please email us on bespoke@maltonkielman.com and explain your concerns so that we can find a solution. Our priority is always a satisfied customer.

These terms and conditions govern the business relationship between you and Malton & Kielman (“Malton & Kielman”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By buying from Malton & Kielman or using our web site in any way, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them.
1. The contract between You and us
a) These terms and conditions apply to You as a buyer or prospective buyer of our Goods (which means any goods offered for sale on our web site) and, so far as the context allows, to you as a visitor to our website. These terms may be changed from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those posted on our web site on the day you order such Goods.
b) You agree that You will provide us with accurate, up to date, and complete information about Yourself to enable us to provide You with the Goods.
c) The information set out under Shopping information and Privacy policy on our website is deemed to form part of these terms and conditions.
d) Photos, illustrations or descriptions or any other information submitted or contained on our web site or other advertising matter are for general information and guidance. There may be minor variations between the goods as shown or described on our website and those dispatched to You without affecting their function or quality.
2. Delivery, import duties, etc.
a) Deliveries will be made by our chosen carrier to the address You provide with Your order. You should ensure that someone is present to accept delivery, or in other case You will receive a delivery note with information about where to pick up Your parcel. In general, this means Your parcel will be held in Your local post office for a limited time.
b) If You live outside Europe, You are responsible for all import duties and taxes of any kind related to Your purchase and for purchasing Goods only of such leathers as You can legally import according to Your country's law. Please advice with us before purchase if you need specific information about the leathers in Your Goods.
3. Returns
If you are ordering Goods over the Internet, you have the right of cancellation. If You do, the following terms apply and are in addition to those set out under Shopping Information on our web site.
a) You must return Your Goods latest 10 days after Your purchase, and:
-The goods must be in their original condition and securely wrapped;
-We do not accept general returns on bespoke items;
-You must enclose our returns note;
-You will be responsible for meeting the cost of registered delivery.
b) After we have received the returned Goods, we will credit Your credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase with the original purchase price of the Goods.
c) We do not refund sales tax and import duties for non EU countries.
4. Limitation of our liability
a) We may make changes to our website and/or its content at any time and without advance notice.
b) We are not liable in any circumstances for damage to person or property arising from improper use of the Goods.
c) The content of our website may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
d) We give no warranty for the compatibility of our website with Your equipment or software.
e) We are not liable in any circumstances for indirect or consequential loss or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, loss of data or loss of revenues or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with Your use of our web site or the purchase of Goods.
f) In any claim against us, our liability is limited to the value of the goods you have purchased in the contract which is the subject of the dispute.
5. Security of our website
You agree that you will not, and will not allow any other person to, violate or attempt to violate any aspect of the security of our web site. You understand that any such violation is unlawful in many jurisdictions and that any contravention of law may result in criminal prosecution. Examples of violations are:

- taking any action in order to obtain Goods to which you are not entitled.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
a) Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in the Content, whether provided by us or by any other content provider, will remain the sole property of Malton & Kielman and / or the other content provider and will be defended worldwide.
b) You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted in these terms and conditions.
c) You may download or copy the Content only for your own personal use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Content.
These terms and conditions and the supply of the Goods will be subject to Polish law and the Polish courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising under any contract between you and Malton & Kielman.
